Otsu series single flow fan coils

Kitano series fan coil units with a single-flow air supply was specially designed to allow installation close to walls and corners. At the same time, the scheme of air flow distribution eliminates the mixing of cooled and cooling air flows. The most noticeable feature for visitors of the premises where the fan coil is installed is its design. Decorative panel is made of high quality materials and features elegant and attractive appearance. These fan coil units are ideal for use in spaces with Armstrong type or other types of suspended ceilings.  Single flow fan coil units are designed for operation within cooled water air conditioning systems and provide heating or cooling of the air, filtration and the effective air distribution, and they are recommended for use in public spaces, for example, in shops, offices, conference rooms, hospitals, schools and restaurants. Since ventilation is a continuous process, the Kitano Company uses high efficiency fans in the single-flow fan coils. This ensures reduced power consumption while improving performance of ventilation. The use of high-efficiency fans also reduces the noise level, which is important for living quarters.
Housing
All fan coil units are designed for installation in Armstrong type false ceiling. The housing is made of galvanized sheet steel, which prevents corrosion, and features polyethylene heat and sound insulation.
Air distributing diffuser
Air intake grille, the front panel and the blades are made of high quality white plastic.
Therefore the diffuser panel does not only effectively control the air flow, but also serves as an interior decoration.
Fan
Axial fan with a very low noise emission and maintenance-free ball bearings. Operating wheel and
fan motor are dynamically and statistically balanced in two planes. The electrical motor is equipped with overload protection with the output to the terminal box.

Motor
As an option, new high-efficiency motors with electronic commutation (ECM) and the rotor of the permanent magnet can be added, which reduces power consumption down to 60% and increases the service life up to two times as compared with conventional asynchronous motors.

Heat exchanger
Made of seamless copper tubes with aluminium fins that have an innovative profile developed by Kitano engineers. An additional electrical heater or water 1-row heat exchanger can be installed.

Condensate drain pan
The tray of high density polystyrene has a special form for the optimization of air diffusion.

Air Filter
Easily removable filter made of a washable synthetic material

Condensate drain pump
Built-in centrifugal pump with a float valve with high pressure is included in basic configuration.

Microprocessor control:
In the expanded configuration FCU can be equipped with an electronic control board the main advantages of which are:
